This isn’t about fear. It’s about awareness. Scripture describes the devil as prowling like a roaring lion, but his power is in deception, not force. He can’t overpower us. He can only get us to agree with his lies. Every stronghold begins as a thought. What we meditate on becomes what we believe, and what we believe becomes what we live. That’s why the mind is the actual battlefield, and why so much of what we experience in culture, media, marketing, and even in some churches, is designed to shape agreement with lies we haven’t yet recognized as lies.
Recognizing the spiritual root behind everyday life changes how we respond. We stop fighting people and start fighting with the weapons that actually work.
